If you wish to book for an introductory session or would like more information, ring me on 07880742977. At this point we can discuss whether the therapy is suitable for you.

If you feel the introductory session has helped and you would like to continue, a course of 6 weekly sessions is normally recommended.

Weekly sessions of one hour give the best opportunity for this work to gather momentum, retain consistency and develop trust between client and practitioner. In special circumstances sessions at fortnightly intervals is possible.
